Deep Listening (first edition)
Learn to listen deeply. In this workshop guided by Bennet Edwin Kruit, participants learn to listen in a deeply concentrated way and to experience sonic resonance.
26 May 2019 13:00 - 15:00
After a collective workout, the participants sit down for a deep listening session. Participants will notice that silence does not exist: there is always movement, there is always life. According to Bennet Edwin Kruit, by enhancing our ability to listen and by letting go of our self-focus and being fully present in the moment, we can come into contact with that which resonates beyond the collective knowledge of mankind. In a time in which everything is accelerating, we have started to listen selectively and have thus lost contact with the greater whole.
