Nowadays, we humans live too much in our heads. As a result, we’ve lost contact with our bodies and with our true nature. The powerful Japanese pressure-point massage technique, Shiatsu, reconnects Neuhaüsler with their body consciousness. Joost van Veen uses this massage technique to set our Qi, our life force, in motion so that it can flow freely. Afterwards, participants can breathe again in a fresh, relaxed way and see themselves and the nature around them with new eyes. Joost van Veen regards the transformation of Qi through Shiatsu as an intriguing alchemical process.
