Discover Neuhaus during a Sunday Stroll with Bas van der Kruk. He will show you around the academy from his perspective as a performer, writer and artist.
Having studied dance in London, Bas took a master’s degree in applied ethics. He is a performer, writer and artist. His favourite things are Violin Concerto No. 3 in B minor O. 61: Allegro non tropo by Camille Saint-Saëns, rolling around on the floor and the colours of Miami.
“I like to mix different forms of artistic expression to get people to look at the world just a little differently.”
More-than-human alter ego: SōM
"SōM is the sum of humanity, art and context. SōM is made of objects, people and thoughts that share the same time and space. SōM is not a man, not a woman, not a human being, not an object, not a concept, not a manifestation, not an individual, not a group. SōM is what remains in the moment, and celebrates life with confetti and glitter."
